Description

To obtain a Florida contractor’s license, the first step is to pass the computer-based Business & Finance exam, which is an open-book test.

This reference book set includes the three required books needed to pass:

• AIA Documents: (A201, A401, A701)
• Builders Guide to Accounting
• Florida Contractors Manual
