All Florida Contractors must pass the Business & Finance exam as well as their specific trade knowledge exam in order to obtain a license. This all-inclusive package will fully prepare you to pass the Business & Finance exam…like a boss. It includes everything you need and nothing that you don’t.

You will receive the three required Exam Books: Florida Contractor’s Manual, AIA Documents (A-201, A-401, and A-701), and Builder’s Guide to Accounting.
