Process & Ship Incoming Orders
Publish, organize, and stock products
Answer Phones and field Questions
Work on on-going Projects

Basic Computer and Organizational Skills
Good Communication Skills and an Attractive Personality
Desire to provide Excellent Customer Service, Satisfy Customers Needs and Exceed Customer Expectations
Desire to Accomplish Projects and take Pride in Work.
Desire to Maintain a Work Environment that is Informal, Low-key and Fun 

Hours and Pay:
This is a 20-40 hour a week job.
The schedule is flexible and can easily work around school hours, other commitments, etc.
Starting Pay is $8.00 to $12.00 per hour.

Process & Ship Incoming Orders:
-Check email for orders
-Print Packing Lists and Shipping Labels
-Review Order, Packing List and Boxed Packages
-Set Packages out for UPS pickup

Publish, organize, and stock products
-Make up Boxed Packages to ship
-Calculate Physical Inventory
-Re-order stock
-Print CD Labels and Burn CD’s
-Print Book Tabs
-Make up Student Binders

Answer Phones and field Questions:
-Potential Customers
-Questions related to exam, licensing or required qualifications
-Questions related to Our Learning System
-Existing Customers.
-Activation or Software Installation Questions
-Questions related to Exam or Content

Work on Projects
-Sample study questions
-Study question explanations & PowerPoint Presentations
-Web site Design and Maintenance
-Development of new Programs and Customer Services
